Privacy Policy
This policy explains what MicroMedia.ai ("we", "us") collects when you visit micromedia-ai.com and our series pages, and when you use the MicroMedia.ai Creator Studio (the "Studio"), and what we do with it. We are the controller of this information. Questions or requests: contact@plantagoai.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your email, and with Google sign-in also your name and profile picture. The brands you are in, your role and which tabs you may use.
- Sign-in and acceptance records: when you first and last signed in, sign-in codes (stored only as a scrambled hash, for 10 minutes), and which version of these terms you accepted and when.
- Your content: what you upload or the Studio makes for you, such as bibles, scripts, images, video, voice, music, captions and campaign copy.
- Connected accounts: when a brand connects YouTube, TikTok, X, Instagram, Google Ads or a posting service, we receive the access the brand grants, and read those accounts' statistics, followers and public comments to plan and measure content.
- Activity and spend: what you did in the Studio and when (an audit log), the jobs you started, and what each one cost.
- Email: messages the Studio sends for you (outreach, invitations, sign-in codes) and replies to them.
- Site visits: our pages count views and clicks with a random id kept in your browser. No cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics. We store the page, the referring site, your country and device type, not your IP address.
- Errors: when something breaks, a technical error report that may include the page and your email.
How we use it
To run the Studio for you: sign you in, check what you may do, make and post content, run and bill paid actions against your brand's budget, send the emails you ask for, keep the Studio secure, fix problems, and meet legal duties. We rely on our agreement with you (the Terms), our legitimate interest in running and securing the Studio, and your consent where the law requires it.
Who processes it for us
We use these services to run the Studio, each only for its part: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database, storage), GitHub (the Studio's jobs), Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini (AI text, images, voice, music), Kling and other video models (animation), ElevenLabs and HeyGen (voices and avatars, when a brand uses them), Resend (email), Zernio and Buffer (posting), and the social and ad platforms a brand connects. Some of them are outside Israel and the EU, including in the United States; they process data under their own data-protection terms.
We don't sell personal data, don't share it for advertising, and don't build profiles of viewers. We share it with authorities only when the law requires.
Google and YouTube data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and in each other platform's app settings.
How long we keep it
Account details while you are in a brand, and up to 12 months after you leave. Content until the brand deletes it or closes. Acceptance records, the audit log and spend records for up to 7 years, for accounting and legal claims. Site visit and error records for up to 24 months. Nightly backups are kept for a limited time, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or limit how we use it, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@plantagoai.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or, in the EU or UK, your local data-protection authority. Some records (such as payments) we may have to keep even after a deletion request.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers, sign-in is by Google or one-time codes, each person sees only the brands and tabs they are given, and every change is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Children
The Studio is for people 18 and over. Our series pages are not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new version and date, and ask Studio users to accept a version that matters before they go on.
